 President
Steve Richmond brings to each project a wealth of construction and design experience to guide our clients through the vital planning stages of the design and building processes. As the owner of the company, he is directly responsible for project development staying vitally involved with the clients and architects during the planning stages to insure a quality project.
 Project Manager
Larry Loden manages our projects with 17 years of experience in all phases of residential custom homebuilding. His background in both business and design provides efficient project management as well as in-house design and drafting experience. In the design / planning stage of our projects Larry begins to work through the details building your home on paper long before it gets to the field. Larry oversees the process of evaluating and organizing the thousands of components that make up your home.
 Project Builder
Joe Cates is our on site project builder. With over 30 years of building experience, Joe provides the project scheduling and the day to day oversight for Richmond Construction. During the construction process he becomes your point contact for everything happening in the field. He is involved with all the team members to make sure your project meets our high standards and fulfills your dreams. Communication is a high priority with our builders providing you with regular on-site progress updates so you can enjoy the process along with us.
 Project Manager Liaison
Susan Richmond will organize and expedite the selection process as you and your interior designer gather the hundreds of selections required to build your home. Most of your decisions can be made in the planning process. Susan will begin working with you early in the planning stage to give you and your interior designer plenty of creative time for those selections.
 Secretary / Bookkeeper
Linda Honea provides secretarial aid for all the areas of Richmond Construction. Her duties also include the daily bookkeeping in conjunction with our accounting systems specialist Candy Beauchamp.
Our company uses state of the art construction software that keeps our accounting procedures accurate and efficient. At anytime we are accountable and available to you. As well, Linda provides that warm southern greeting to those calling in or visiting our office.
