Move-In and Warranties

Our care for you is not complete upon your move-in. Once you have had a little time to get settled we will schedule a 30 day walk thru to address any minor warranty items. Those items will be addressed immediately.

At your one year anniversary we will again want to make sure you home is functioning the way is should. Your project builder will schedule another walk thru at that time. We will continue to stand behind our work and see to it that you have the highest standard of service for any of your home needs.

30 day walk thru - Addresses any minor warranty items
1 Year - Warranty Walk thru with project builder
*2 year craftsmanship
*10 year Structural
