Your plans and budget are complete, your selections are well on their way, the project manager and project builder have organized the field trades and construction is ready to begin.

On-Site Construction Meetings
By this stage of the project your hard work is over. This is where you get to sit back and enjoy the construction phase. We will have team meetings to review and enjoy the progress together at key intervals during the construction phase:

Final Decisions on Selections
The project manager will keep you abreast of any outstanding selections that still need to be completed so they are available at the site.

Weekly Progress Reports
The project builder will be updating you weekly on the construction progress as well as providing digital pictures for you to view during construction. If you have any questions, the project builder is always available.

Walk Thru's
As your home is being completed, a pre-closing walk thru will give us a final punch list to complete. An orientation walk thru with the entire team will be set up prior to your move in date. We will be checking all the electrical and mechanical as well as any high tech equipment, every detail will be tested and scheduling with the interior decorator for your furnishing deliveries will be set. Prior to your move-in, the utilities will be put in your name. It is our aim to make the move into your new home a gratifying end to an enjoyable process.
